Andy Fallon

Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder

An experienced and highly motivated Engineering and Operational Manger with over 15 years experience in product development and electronics manufacturing. Andy has previously held senior management positions within major, US and UK multi-national companies during exciting times of change and sales growth. He has extensive experience in a diversity of industries including, automotive, aerospace, oil gas and pharmaceutical and has worked overseas in many countries including the US, Germany and Japan.

His career to date has afforded him direct exposure and first hand working knowledge of, world leading new product development practices and manufacturing techniques such as Global Product Development Gateways, IS14001, TS 16949, Lean Manufacturing, & Six Sigma. Andy holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
